1. Use the administrator log in on the Secu365 app to connect to the smart lock via Bluetooth.
2. Delete the smart lock via the app.
Alternatively, you can use the reset card (included in the accessories bag) and swipe it at the reading area of the smart lock. When you hear a long beep, the sensor light changes from blue to green, followed by another beep, and the light returns to blue, try unlocking with any card.
